For first-time clients, initial contact is by email only. After what happened to that other Bangkok investigator/commentator recently, we are restricting our client contacts somewhat for the time being.

Meeting With Clients:
As above, we are restricting initial face to face client contacts for now. But in general we find that anything that can be done in person can be done just as easily by internet. This is especially the case for photos of the target, etc. Please take the time to scan and attach them to an email.
When a personal meeting is required it’s generally our policy to charge a consultation fee at the applicable rate based on your location.If a meeting is to be held it can be at your hotel or another public place.
For the security of our case files and all our customers, we do not publish our physical address or invite outsiders to our office. This rule will not be waived.
During a meeting we’ll listen to your problem and give you an opinion on how to resolve it. But we are not psychiatrists or social workers, nor are we looking for a piss-up. We take a casual businesslike approach.
